Peabody Aid Society Records
This collection consists of 2.25 linear feet of materials related to the Peabody Aid Society an offshoot of the Peabody Woman's Club. The collection is made up of two Hollinger boxes and one flat box. It contains correspondences, membership lists, invitations to meetings, a guest book, constitution and revisions, and one small and one large scrapbook.
Peabody Women's Club Records
This collection includes records of the Peabody Women's Club from 1913-1977, and one cookbook published in 1996. These records include ledgers, club financial records, membership information, scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, and notes between members, both handwritten and typed.
Charles H. Stone Papers
This collection contains the professional correspondence relating to the career of Charles H. Stone, an educator in the field of librarianship. The majority of the correspondence relates to Stone’s tenure at George Peabody College in Nashville, Tennessee.

This small collection (.63 linear feet) contains papers written by Lucy Gage in manuscript, typescript, and carbon copy.
William J. Griffin Papers
This collection is composed of one Hollinger box with thirteen folders contained within. The collection is primarily composed of research papers from Griffin’s peers in other universities, as well as research cards to said papers. Additionally, there is research on Peabody College by Griffin himself. Finally, correspondence to Griffin can also be found.
Peabody Dames Collection
This collection contains a miscellany of records (historical, financial, membership, press, and other) from this social club connected to George Peabody College for Teachers.
The collection is .84 linear feet and covers the years 1917 until 1974. In addition there is a scrapbook containing photographs, reports, yearbooks, and programs and which includes materials from the years 1953-1957.
Edwin Sheffield Gleaves Papers
The Edwin Sheffield Gleaves Papers, 1958-1987, consist of the research and teaching materials of Peabody College Library School professor and dean Edwin Sheffield Gleaves, 1936-2017.
