Originally part of an altarpiece in the Augustinian church of Santo Stefano in Venice, the various scenes are now split up amongst Bergamo, Detroit, La Spezia, and London.; This photograph was originally housed in a folder marked, "Storie di S. Agostino / Sposalizio di S. Monica / Nascita di S. Agostino / Conversione del marito di Monica. / Attribuita da: Heil, Pudelho, Longhi. / 1441 circa. / Berenson: Francesco dei Franceschi?"
