Vanderbilt photo identifier: SC.MSS.088.TITI.0501; Public Notes: Provenance unknown. A 1650 description of the Borghese Gallery by Giacomo Manilli attributes the work to Sebastino del Piombo; an inventory of 1693 attributes the work to Titian.
