This child looks up at Jesus and offers him berries with his right hand from a bowl in his left. The artist shows a trace of the camel skin coat that the saint wears as an adult. Behind Mary's left shoulder Saint Elizabeth loos down at her son John. She wears a white veil, while Mary's is thin and translucent. Mary's garment is also bright with a lighter shoulder cloth and a blue cloak. The background shows a non distinct landscape setting.
