Scope and Content The Stephen P. Heyneman Papers consist of six linear feet of material from his work with the World Bank from 1978 to 1994. They are comprised of Chronological Files he collected during his twenty-two years at different posts for the World Bank. The papers are arranged into one series, the Chronological Files.
