Wilbur F. Creighton, Jr. Collection
This .21 linear feet collection contains 6 items related to the history of Foster & Creighton Company, the story of the Parthenon, and other construction projects in Nashville. There are two photographs: one of the Parthenon, and the other of the Athena Sculpture in the Parthenon.
Elliott Voss Newman Papers
Personal papers of cardiologist Elliott Voss Newman, (1914-1973), who was also a pioneer in the field of biomedical informatics. Materials include: correspondence; appointment calendars; speeches; manuscripts; publications; files on organizations and clubs, and Vanderbilt Clinical Research Center; syllabi; and laboratory records. Correspondents include: Bruce C. Sinclair-Smith, Charles Colter, Oscar Crofford, Philip Felts, Paul D. White, and Albert Weinstein.
Henry Osterheld Collection
This collection contains documents related to railroad defense by Union soldiers during the American Civil War. There is also a detailed report on 61 railroad bridges on lines in North Georgia, East Tennessee, and Central Tennessee. Finally, there are documents related to Lt. Henry Osterheld's service during the war.
F. M. Tiller, Collection
This collection contains reprints of journal articles by F. M. Tiller, and a copy of a research report. He was a professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering.
