The Jack Hurst Collection contains hundreds of taped interviews of celebrities, country music artists, and music industry leaders. Jack Hurst was a reporter and author who used these recordings for articles on country music in The Tennessean and other publications.

This collection contains information related to the Little Theatre of Nashville Guild. It includes bylaws, minutes, and financial statements.
Louise C. Sheetz Papers
This collection contains 4 scrapbooks of theatre clippings and announcements of productions at Nashville theatres, including the Vendome Theatre and Masonic Theatre. The scrapbooks are dated 1879-1916.
Norman Stuart Collection
This .21 linear feet collection contains 35 pieces of correspondence, nine photographs, and one theatrical program. Subjects in the correspondence cover the theatre, television, World War II, V-E Day, general notes, telegrams, and thank you notes. Please note that some correspondence has been glued on sheets with other correspondence.
John Lark Taylor Papers
The John Lark Taylor Papers contain correspondence, plays and original music by Taylor, photographs, promptbooks, playbills, radio scripts, and other stage and radio memorabilia spanning 1879 to 1944.
Joseph E. Wright Papers
This collection contains material related to theatre, plays, George Bernard Shaw, and Donald Davidson and was donated by Joseph E. Wright.

Requesting Materials
Each finding aid contains a link to request materials from the collections. Collections can also be requested by emailing the repository directly through the library website. Each repository has its own location, hours, and contact information. Please consult the repository with questions about using the materials. Collections are non-circulating and must be used in the repository’s reading room. In many cases, the collections are stored off-site and require advance notice for retrieval.
