I’ll Take My Stand: The South and the Agrarian Tradition by Twelve Southerners - Original Manuscript
This small collection contains the original manuscript of I’ll Take My Stand: The South and the Agrarian Tradition that belonged to Donald Davidson, one of the authors. There are eleven chapters, each by a different Agrarian.

Jon Krampner Papers
The Jon Krampner Papers (created from 1992-1997) are comprised of research materials pertaining to his published biography of Fred Coe. The papers include notes (both written and highlighted photocopies), clippings, photocopies of clippings, photographs, cassette tapes with interviews (recorded from 1992-1995), typed transcripts of these interviews, notes prior to the interviews and post interview notes, occasionally with follow up questions.

Andrew Nelson Lytle Papers
The Papers of Andrew Nelson Lytle (1902-1995), author, educator, editor, critic and Vanderbilt University alumnus (B.A. 1925), were acquired from Mr. Lytle in three segments. Lytle was a member of the Agrarian literary movement and was close colleagues with Robert Penn Warren, John Crowe Ransom, and Allen Tate.
Maya Medical Manuscripts
This manuscript contains two manuscripts in one, which consists of a book of medical remedies, with illnesses cross-referenced to plants and various curing recipes. In Maya and Spanish, the two constitute respectively, the original Recetario de los Indios, and the Cuaderno de Teabo. This volume offers insights into the ailments that plagued inhabitants of Mexico in the nineteenth century.

Arthur Mizener Papers
This collection is an exchange of letters between Arthur Mizener and John Crowe Ransom, Mizener and Robert Penn Warren, and Mizener and Allen Tate. It covers the years 1938 through 1974. Literature, criticism, research, publishing, and employment possibilities are the major subjects of the letters.
Margaret Moore Collection
This collection contains mostly original poetry by Margaret Moore dating from the 1930s to 1990s.
Merrill Moore and Louise Davis Collection
The Merrill Moore and Louise Davis Collection, 1943-1956, includes an Autobiographical sketch of Merrill Moore, correspondence, poetry, bibliography and articles, publication materials, articles about Merrill Moore, and personal and biographical materials. The collection is small, only 1/3 of a cubic foot. The majority of this collection is focused on the person of Merrill Moore, both as a doctor and a poet.
Merrill Moore Papers
This three-box collection contains materials relating to the life of Merrill Moore. Merrill Moore (1903-1957) was a native Tennessean, neurological physician, veteran, and poet. The collection is primarily comprised of his poetry, manuscripts, and letters (both incoming and outgoing) about and by Merrill Moore. It also includes photographs, programs, newspaper clippings, biographical materials, tape recordings, and miscellaneous documents all pertaining to Merrill Moore’s life.
