Peabody Education Fund Collection
Peabody Women's Club Records
This collection includes records of the Peabody Women's Club from 1913-1977, and one cookbook published in 1996. These records include ledgers, club financial records, membership information, scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, and notes between members, both handwritten and typed.
Peace Corps Collection
E. G. Rogers Collection
The collection contains 49 items: 45 letters, two poems, one biographical sketch, and one newspaper clipping. These items have been placed in 27 acid-free file folders, and will be stored in one Hollinger box totaling .165 linear feet.
The majority of the correspondence includes a typed biographical notation about the writer, and his relationship to him/her. It includes a biographical sketch written by Donald Davidson as well as two of his unpublished poems.
Bert Roller Collection
The Bert Roller Collection, 1870s-2005, consists of the artifacts, ephemera, papers, magazines, and letters of Peabody professor Bert A. Roller, 1893-1934.
T.S. Saunders Collection
Contains a certificate from the University of Nashville granting T.S. Saunders a medical degree at the next commencement, an invitation to commencement, a Physician's Certificate, and a correspondence congratulating him on his becoming a doctor.
Sharon Shields Papers
This collection contains one manuscript, "Salary Arbitration in Professional Sports" by Robert Bruce Snow, HOD 2980.03 Readings & Research, Professor Sharon Shields.
James D. Squires Papers
The James D. Squires (1943-) papers were donated to Vanderbilt University in 2005 and encompass his careers as a journalist and editor, as a political adviser, and as an author. The Nashville native graduated from Peabody College in 1966 and started his journalism career at the Tennessean.
Charles H. Stone Papers
This collection contains the professional correspondence relating to the career of Charles H. Stone, an educator in the field of librarianship. The majority of the correspondence relates to Stone’s tenure at George Peabody College in Nashville, Tennessee.
F. Fagan Thompson Collection
This collection contains four items, a Birthday Meditation, a Brochure, a Holiday Greeting and Verses. They will be housed in four file folders.
