Historical or Biographical Note
Dr. Archibald Cathey Waters was born in Giles County, Tennessee January 24, 1870 son of Mark Smith Waters and Margaret White Waters. He graduated from the Medical Department of the University of Nashville in 1900, and practiced in Giles County and Nashville. He died in Nashville February 15, 1924.
