Historical or Biographical Note
Mary Ann Thompson Arildsen, Assistant Professor of Pathology and medical director of the Hematology Laboratory at Vanderbilt University Medical Center received her M.D. and Ph.D. from University of Pennsylvania, 1983, and post graduate training from the Institute for Cancer Research, National Cancer Institute of the National Institute of Health, New York University Medical Center, and Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
