Historical or Biographical Note

Dr. Stanely R. Teachout born in Huntington, TN on September, 24, 1882 was a 1905 graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. During World War I, he served as a Captain in the 10th Division Medical Corps Field Hospital, and practiced medicine in Nashville for more than 50 years, retiring in 1970. He died September 14, 1972.
