Historical or Biographical Note

Dr. William Record was born in Lynchburg, Tennessee in 1897. He attended the College of Arts and Science and graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 1924. Dr. Record practiced general surgery in Chattanooga, Tennessee from 1941 to 1977.
