Historical or Biographical Note

Ralph Larsen received his M.D. from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 1930 and conducted his residency with the university from 1930-1931 and 1933-1934. He was a member of the Vanderbilt surgical faculty in 1938-1954 and worked on the clinical faculty from 1954-1965 as Associate Professor of Clinical Surgery.
