Historical or Biographical Note
Dr. Kenneth L. Brigham is a graduate of the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He began his work at Vanderbilt during the early 1970s, having served as Professor of Medicine, Professor of Pulmonary Medicine, and director of the division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Brigham served on the Vanderbilt faculty until 2002, when he joined Emory University School of Medicine. He has published extensively in the area of pulmonary medicine.
