Historical or Biographical Note
Dr. Leon Bromberg received both the Founder's Medal and was the only student to be placed on the General Honor Roll in his fourth year (1923/24). He graduated from Vanderbilt University Medical School in 1924. During World War II Dr. Bromberg served as a Captain in the US Navy.
