Historical or Biographical Note

Sara Elizabeth Thornton Wilhoit was the daughter of the late Hugh and Mary Doyle Thornton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Wilhoit. Sara worked at the Eskind Biomedical Library, Vanderbilt Univerity Medical Center for over 32 years before her retirement in 2013.
