Historical or Biographical Note

Andrea Carroll was director of Medical Center Special Events at Vanderbilt for nearly thirty years. A native of Dallas, Texas, Mrs. Carroll created the special events office when she came to Vanderbilt in 1975. She served in this capacity until she passed away in 2004.
