Historical or Biographical Note

Lloyd Ramsey served a residency at Vanderbilt from 1954-1955 and later joined the Vanderbilt medical faculty as an assistant professor of medicine with specialties in cardiovascular diseases and internal medicine. He was named professor emeritus and is an alumnus of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute.
