Collection Scope and Content Summary From the Collection:

Personal papers of nutritionist and China native H.C. Raymond Meng (1917-2002) who was professor at Vanderbilt from 1946-1988. Materials include slides, reference material, correspondence, manuscripts, and research. Much of the material in this collection comes from the late 1980s and the 1990s. Also some of the documents in this collection are written in Chinese.
