Description Ladies WWII Dress Nurse Uniform worn by Alice Huffman Bugel. Wool, dark olive green, skirt, garrison cap and jacket. Jacket contains 5th Army patch on upper left arm, Lieutenant bars on shoulders, and American Campaign Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern campaign ribbon with four Bronze Service Stars on left pocket, US and medical nurse pins on lapels.
