Paul Dudley Lamson Papers
Personal papers of Paul Dudley Lamson, pharmacologist and Vanderbilt professor from 1916-1962. Dr. Lamson is known for his research in the fields of heart rhythms, liver function, acute polycythemia, blood volume, carbon tetrachloride poisoning, antihelminthics, shock, hook worm disease, and ascariasis. Dr. Lamson was chair of the Department of Pharmacology from 1925-1952. Materials include: reprints, lecture materials, course outlines, class photos, speeches, manuscripts, and lab data.
