Abstract

Kit is enclosed in a black leatherette covered case and contains the following medicines: 1. Pulvules No. 319, 'Hista-Clopane' (Thenylpyramine and Cyclopentamlne, Lilly) 2. Solvets No. 200, Penicillin-G, Crystalline-Potassium, 50,000 units 3. Ampoule No. 487, 'Histadyl' (Thenylpyramine, Lilly), 20 mg, 4. Ampoule No. 545, 'Duracillin Fortified' (Procaine Penicillln-G and Penicillin-G, Crystalline Sodium, Lilly), Buffered, for Aqueous Injection. Two ampoules, one with expiration date of July 1, 1952, and the second with expiration date of June 1, 1955. 5. Ampoule No. 426, 'Crystodiliin' (Crystalline Digitoxin, Lilly), 0.2 mg 6. Tablets No. 1694, 'Crystodigin,' 0.2 mg. 7. 15cc Tincture No.99 Merthiolate 1:1000 (Thimerosal, Lilly) -Vial broken no contents remain. 8. Card contining listing of contents of kit.
