Physical Description
Leather-bound ledger style volume containing an alphabetically arranged letter index at the front with handwritten entries for the names of the patients whose last names begin with the respective letters followed by the page number on which the case is described. There are 89 cases dating between 1904 and 1907 where the patient history is related as well as the surgical treatment performed. Most entries are less than half a page, and some are longer. Interspersed between the bound pages, are letters (typed and handwritten) that also contain case histories of patients.
