Memorandum of transmittal included with the collection from Anne Meyers at the American Institute of Nutrition to Dr. William J. Darby who was AIN Archivist and Honorary Curator for the History of Medicine Collection. According to the Memo, Ms. Myers received the colletion from John P. Lambooy, Ph. D. Professor and Chairman of the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, on November 7, 1984 and deposited it with Vanderbilt on January 21, 1985.
