Scope and Contents note

Cover letter on April 9, 2007 about Collins role in facilitating the publication of this book. Hand-written contemporaneous notes by Collins beginning July 10, 2004 about conversations with Ike, REM, Mary Etta Skeen, Ann Robinson about dividing work--initially we thought book should be organized by major topics to move away from its having been written like a diary.
