Information for authors--Human Pathology; Correspondence with Dr. Gorstein at Human Path from May 2004 to Jan 2005 when article was accepted; thanks to Dr. Gorstein in June for his support; etter from Fred Askin about Darling's path at Hopkins--Dr. Askin found log book with diagnosis of gliosarcoma but could not find slides; e-mails to Rockefeller about Meleney as to why he was in Leesburg in 1924; color prints of Dr. Edna Tompkins drawings of histo from blood of prototypic case in montage with special stains from that case--(Tompkins drawing was on lantern slide in Dr. Goodpasture's memorabilia--now stored in Eskind). Collins outline of paper; order form for reprints and color work; Sept 25, 2004 manuscript and final submitted Jan 24, 2005; iskette and CD submitted in 2004; page proofs and printed reprint.
