Scope and Contents From the Collection: The Bruce R. Payne Papers are comprised of nine boxes (3.78 linear feet) of correspondence and subject files. The papers are broken into three series. Series I: is the largest series (six boxes) and contains correspondence both outgoing and incoming with the outgoing organized by date and the incoming by name of sender.
