Three Franciscans: Saint Anthony of Padua, Saint Bonaventure, and Saint Luca Belludi, This image shows three Franciscans. Saint Anthony of Padua is in the center, sitting in a tree. Integrated within the branches of the tree is a wooden throne upon which he sits. He gives the sign of blessing and holds a book. Seated to either side, on a stone bench on the ground are Saint Bonaventure and the Blessed Luca Belludi. Both of these men hold books. All of the men are dressed in their Franciscan vestments, whether as friars or cardinal. There is a small cartellino affixed to the base of the tree., 1480-1490
