Zora Neale Hurston Letter
Scope and Contents
This collection contains a single handwritten letter from Zora Neale Hurston to Dorothy Dockstader, who was the book advertising manager at the Chicago Daily News from 1930 to 1936. The letter was found inside a first edition copy of Hurston's first book, Jonah's Gourd Vine.
