Scope and Contents

The Louise C. Sheetz Papers (5 linear feet) consists of four scrapbooks containing program clippings and event announcements originated from production companies in Nashville, Tennessee, namely the Vendome Theater and the Masonic Theater. Taken place between 1879 to 1916, the types of events represented include minstrel shows, plays, operettas, and concerts.

This collection may be viewed only in the reading room of Special Collections in the Jean and Alexander Heard Library.
