Charles I in three Positions, Portrait of King Charles I in three positions. Painted to be the guide for Bernini's bust of the King in 1637. The bust was destroyed in the fire at Whitehall Palace in 1698. The painting was probably influenced by Lotto's "Portrait of a Man in Three Positions," a painting from King Charles I's collection.
