Beginning from the top left and moving down: a marriage he conducts, a sermon he gives to many, and him praying to a devotional panel of the Madonna and Child. From the top right: him blessing a family with a perished child, the saint meeting Christ, the saint appearing in the clouds over a night sky. The bottom panels have three scenes, though the far left is obscured in the photograph. The far left scene shows him either rebuking or healing a woman being held by a crowd and other uncouth-looking individuals close by, the middle is a woman reading a book towards what is probably a memorial statue, and on the far right it is him on his deathbed.
