The Miracle of Saint Agnes, Painting depicts the miracle of Saint Agnes, as a teenager she was pursued by the son of a Roman Perfect to be his bride, when she declined his advances she was arrested and imprisoned in a brothel. When he and his friends came to rape her, God struck him dead. In this scene the Roman Perfect appears before Saint Agnes to plea for the life of his son, to which she prays and brings him back from the dead. The scene takes place in an outdoor courtyard around Grecian column architecture. There is a large crowd surrounding the two and the sky appears angels, the dove, carrying a laurel crowd.
