Scope and Contents

Vanderbilt photo identifier: SC.MSS.088.FLEM.0451; Other stamp identifier: CV Stamp; Public Notes: The piece is almost identical to its prototype found in the Museo del Prado (PO1921). Slight differences: In our piece, the Christ child appears to be more elongated and his eyes are open wider. Also, in the Prado's piece, "T.949" is inscribed on the bottom. The Prado mentions a prototype.
