The patron, Donatus de Moor (as identified in his coat of arms), kneels in front of St. Donatus in prayer. In the right panel, Donatus de Moor's wife, Adrienne de Vos is present with St. Adrian, who wears a suit of armor and a hat. He carries a sword and a yoke.
