Crucifixion with the Virgin, Saint John and Saint Mary Magdalene; Nativity, Scene of Christ's Crucifixion and a Nativity scene with the annunciation to the shepherds above. The Crucifixion panel was created ca. 1360-1380.
Vanderbilt photo identifier: SC.MSS.088.FLOR.3154; Public Notes: These two panels were once shutters to a portable altarpiece. The central panel is "Madonna and Child Enthroned Accompanied by Six Saints and Four Angels" which can be found in the Statens Museum for Kunst in Copenhagen. The panels were part of the Edith A. and Percy S. Straus collection beginning in 1928.
