Virgin in Glory, This painting depicts the Virgin Mary and Christ child enthroned in the clouds. Mary holds the Christ child with her left hand and a flower in her right hand. Mary's head is surrounded by a large starburst halo and she gazes down at her son. St. Peter is visible in the bottom left corner holding a large key and St. Augustine is visible in the bottom right wearing a mitre. A half crescent moon is visible under Mary's robe., c. 1435-1440
