Coronation of the Virgin, This image shows the Coronation of the Virgin. Here, Christ crowns Mary Queen of Heaven. God the Father sits enthroned above them with His Hands on their shoulders. They sit on the base of the throne like a seat. Surrounding this group of three are many ranks of angels., c. 1440 - c. 1480
