Vanderbilt photo identifier: SC.MSS.088.REMB.0010; Public Notes: In the private collection of L. van Heythuysen in the Netherlands in 1800. Auctioned by Christie's on February 23rd, 1802 as lot #71. Bought by Henry Tresham. In 1842 the Hessisches Landesmuseum bought the painting from an art dealer by the name of Schmitt in Heidelberg.
