Story of Job, A painting depicting the story of Job in five scenes. One scene depicts him as a pious and prosperous man with many children. Another scene illustrates figures mourning the death of his sons as a test of Job's faith. A third scene depicts Job nearly naked and living outdoors while his faith remains in tact. A fourth scene shows Job covered in boils, which Satan afflicts upon him as another test of faith. In the far back of the painting is the last scene. It appears that Job is entirely nude.
