Saint Sebastian, Depiction of St. Sebastian as he is being prepared for his execution. St. Sebastian looks toward the viewer as Diocletian's henchmen bind his legs and hold his head. A young, kneeling man to the right of the saint holds the arrows that will pierce his side while an armed soldiers bends to take the first of the arrows., c.1623
